wow, congrats on the 5 million mark. But that poses a question of how many of those are GundamGuy regulars with dynamic IPs. But I digress. Just to make my mystery prize suggestion a little different from most people; I want it to be a set of hobby tools complete with knives, a side cutter, tweezers, etc. and maybe a can of topcoat plus one MG. Sort of like babies first model kit set. or if they don't want the set because they already have tools, i guess it's normal to give them like a PG of their choice or two MG's. Congrats for the 5m visitor counts and thank you very much for the dedicated efforts you gave to us. Just keep up the good work guys and you guys are awesome! Anyway, about the mystery prize for this contest, I wish it's the "1/100 Master Grade, Full Armor Unicorn Gundam Ver. Ka." It's one of the most badass-looking Gundams I've ever seen so far due to its overall design and tons of weapons attached to it (other than Gundam Heavyarms EW ver.) and one of those model kits I really wanted to have since when the first time I saw its prototype pictures, official photos and video reviews somewhere on YouTube, so that's why I chose it as a mystery prize for this contest. It would be awesome I've gotta say. :) Email: velasquez999@hotmail.com on Gundam Guy Blog - 5,000,000 Visitors Hit Giveaway (Updated 4/17/12)

Congratulations! Since NK shut down, I've been counting on you guys for Gundam, Gunpla, and Toku news, and you certainly haven't disappointed. As a veteran model builder, I've found you to be the best source I've ever had, so thanks for keeping at it! For the prize, a Perfect Grade Strike Freedom would be absolutely amazing, or maybe even one of each of the other prizes. Even if not that, I'd be absolutely thrilled to get the Banshee, or the Assault Shroud. (being a massive fan of Unicorn and SEED) Good luck to myself, and all the other commenters! I know there will be tons of comments for this topic but even if there wasnt a prize involved i'd still want to say this. I want to offer my sincerest congratulations on what this blog has become. Once upon a time MY BLOG had more hits than this one! LOL i know hard to believe. its seems like a lifetime ago when we started doing this but its only been a couple of years... but what an eventful couple of years they've been. its been a pleasure to see this site grow from its humble beginning to the juggernaut that its become. And i'm also glad we had the chance to meet in person during our gunplar pilgrimage to the base of the 1/1 Gundam in Shizuoka. That said throughout all that time you've never stopped offering quality posts and you've been my main source of gundam related things from the outset. i encourage to keep up the amazing work. we're a stronger and better community because of your efforts. all the best to you my friend. and great work to all the GG Infinite crew! on Gundam Guy Blog - 5,000,000 Visitors Hit Giveaway (Updated 4/17/12)

Wow~ So many comments. I just can't wait to see what GG decides the actual Mystery Prize will be. It's great to see that the blog has grown so much from it's beginnings. I doubt that I would win anything, even after entering since I rarely win. But if I do win, I'd appreciate it and probably giveaway or at least sell at a low price. =) I like to think of that as giving away to other GunPla modelers in an effort to see if I can contribute someway into developing their hobby and love of GunPla. =) It's good to see that more and more people come here to check out Gundam related news since it's basically the best place to get everything from as well as do some shopping too. =D Sure the prices here can be a little higher than other places, but you can't beat the really good customer service that GG Infinite has always had. I also feel that supporting GG means supporting the industry directly as I get the feeling that maybe Bandai checks up on this blog to see how a "random" sample of its on Gundam Guy Blog - 5,000,000 Visitors Hit Giveaway (Updated 4/17/12)

Congratulation to your great work!I think Mystery prize would have to be 1MG + 2 HG or 1RG(from any series of gundam) or basic tools ( side cutter, knife, maybe sand paper). this is because of 2 reasons. if winner is professional modeler. 1 MG and 2HG or 1 MG 1 RG would be reasonable for the mystery prize. if winner is beginner modelers. he/she can have 1 MG and tools to encourage his hobby of gundam. To me. Mystery prize would have to be MG DUEL ASSAULT SHROUD + RG FREEDOM. 5,000,000 visitors?! IMPOSSIBURU! But you totally deserve it. I must say, this is by far the best site I've seen for Gundam news. It's a big help for me, since I gave in to the Gundam craze in Hong Kong about 2 years ago and started building Gunpla, but I had to move to New Zealand where Gunpla is extremely rare and prices are hyper-inflated because of that. For the mystery prize, I think it should be something along the lines of intricate but awesome Gunpla. Something along the lines of: PG Gundam MKII, PG GP-01 Zephyranthes, a set of all the RG mobile suits released so far, or something original like a flight- team build-up of your favourite MG or PG wave-rider mode-able Gunpla! Or maybe I'm being a bit too ambitious… MG FA Unicorn or MG Unicorn Banshee Final Battle ver. look good too! Hi Team GG, what a milestone: 5million + hits! I headed here after the Ngee Khiong blog ended eons ago and visit a couple of times a day to see what's happening in the world of Gundam. Your site (and it's Brothers) have kept me well informed, and you've involved yourselves with your viewers with the best build competition, which was a real treat to see what was out there (and to see how lacking my skills as a Gundam builder were!) but I don't think I've seen any postings about Sgt.Keroro, the Alien King of Gundam admirers/builders. If anything I'd like to know what that crazy Alien was up to, particularly in regard to his line of mock Gundam figures but I don't think he'd fit in with the GG blog... With regards to the 'Mystery Prize' I'd like to think you've got a PG figure lined up, like the Astray, but a 1/48 AGE would certainly be nice, if a little upsetting for some! I ruled out the 1/100 Final Battle version of the Unicorn Banshee because the original version is available as on Gundam Guy Blog - 5,000,000 Visitors Hit Giveaway (Updated 4/17/12)

Gundam Guy has been my source of information for Gunpla ever since I joined the hobby. As a child of Hispanic father and African-American mother, I'm truly the one of a kind among my friends to do Gunpla, but I have always enjoyed your website and appreciated your hard work. GGInfinite website has great deals, but because my budget is limited as I have to pay for my tuition, a free kit will be a great opportunity to expand my skills. Thank you so much for this website. Even if I don't win, I'll continue to support this website! email:hughrafataz@gmail.com on Gundam Guy Blog - 5,000,000 Visitors Hit Giveaway (Updated 4/17/12)

Like everybody else has said, congratz on your momentous achievement! :D Honestly though, ever since I found out about your blog, I check DAILY to see all the custom gundams and news regarding RG MK.2. Though I'm still a bit of a newcomer, I think I'll be staying for a long time...(Who knows, I'll maybe even be here when you hit 10 million!) What I'd like as a mystery prize is just a simple 1/144 HGUC Nu Gundam. (And nothing else!) Once again, congratz to you Mr.GG! It would be nice if the mystery prize is the state of the art Strike PG but the whole set of Wing MGs should be sufficient for some. Congratulations, gundam guy. I just want to thank you for continuing to update your blog on gundam related content. I used to follow a blogger called ngeekhiong, until he shut down his blog. You have no idea how relieved I was to discover your blog. I could finally get my gundam fix!! I think the mystery prize would be pretty cool if it was an older set, maybe the mg gundam ver 2.0, which celebrated gundam's anniversary, but I guess with the other prizes being so cool, the mystery prize would probably need to be something amazing haha. Thanks again, keep up the good work! Email: austenchiu@gmail.com on Gundam Guy Blog - 5,000,000 Visitors Hit Giveaway (Updated 4/17/12)

Okay, 1 in...670(?) aren't terrible odds. I was just in New York visiting all the Japanese toy stores, where all those new mg models (shown above) were being prominently displayed. They were much bigger than I thought they would be (all the hobby shops where I live have long since evaporated, so I never had any reference.) Anyway, I ended up getting a hg Ewack-Zack and a xekueins. Man oh man, if the mystery prize is one of those snazzy new Gundam Mk. 2s I would FREAK out, same goes for a Delta Gundam, or idk, whatever it is it's probably gonna blow my mind. Winning one of those beautiful hg models would be like getting striken by lightning (in a good way xD) Aside from the two guys I named above, the Zaku 3 is my only other gunpla. A master grade model shoudl be pretty intimidating for a guy like me, but fingers are crossed regardless. on Gundam Guy Blog - 5,000,000 Visitors Hit Giveaway (Updated 4/17/12)

5 million is a big number. I'll have to repeat a comment I've seen before in that since the demise of Ngee Khiong, this has been my go-to blog for news, and has been a staple of my daily RSS feed for a long time running. I terms of a mystery prize, well I've always had my eye on the 1/144 HGUC Dendrobium Orchis. I'm kind of a sucker for weapons platforms. email: gh.artman12@gmail.com on Gundam Guy Blog - 5,000,000 Visitors Hit Giveaway (Updated 4/17/12)

Hey GG. First of all, congratulations for achieving this phenomenal feat. I can't believe it has been almost 3 years since I first stumbled upon your Astraea FA Kai which I loved so much I decided to continue following your blog. I imagine you must be terribly busy considering the fact that you have to run GGInfinite along updating this site. Then you've become a dad(How is JonJon btw :P). I have to thank you for providing myself (and every other follower here I suppose) on Gundam news and the like. Sometimes I check GG for news several times a day. Kinda like an addiction. I have even made a couple of friends on the Chatbox too. Well I assume they ARE my friends. :) Oh dear, guess I have started rambling again huh? Anyway, back on topic, considering the fact that all the known prizes are recent MGs, I assume the mystery prize to be the same (not a fan of PGs anyway LOL) so I am guessing either MG Banshee Final Battle ver. OR all 3 Age-1 MGs. Well, I would have liked an MG Super on Gundam Guy Blog - 5,000,000 Visitors Hit Giveaway (Updated 4/17/12)
i knew it GG, i knew u guys can go this far with your amazing blog :) your blog is so helpful, so fast in updating gunpla news and stuff. Wow! How long has it been to reach this 5 million hit? Is it 2010 or 2009 I'm not sure. But ever since SRWHotnews stopped doing update and ngeekhiong quit on his blog, your site is the only reliable source about gunpla and any other mecha news along with gunjap, Congratulations. Also since you ask us about mystery prize let me tell you my wish: As I recall that you're importing Hobby Japan and Dengeki Hobby magazine along with many plamo, can you smanage to full scan all of them magazine page and share it on file hosting for the future? Congrats and amazing amount of visitors! Love the blog and the updates on your inventory, always first in, and now I buy from you guys because the store is just as good! So thanks as well! Although there are so many great models everyone and I would like, I believe the MG Sinanju and anything you could throw in to go with the guy would be the best mystery prize... most reviews have me thinking it is the best MG to date (lines, details, movement, engineering), and would be a perfect prize. Congratulations Team GG! ^_^ You're almost reaching 5m visitors and I'm proud to say I contributed a lot from those past visits! :D I'm guessing the mystery prize would be something like a free tour to the 1/1 scale Gundam in Japan (and I know I'm being delusional @_@) but kidding aside, I'm guessing that the mystery price would be something like a Robot Damashii Side MS figure of our choice or a Perfect Grade Gundam of our choice as well. Regardless, I'm still excited and I hope for all the good things to happen for Team GG. Thanks for keeping us updated with Bandai's new releases and I would like to thank you guys in advance as well if I'll be the one winning any of the prizes~ (LOL) Thanks~! Congratz on the big 5 mil visitor. Can't wait for the 10th mil visitor event lol. Anyways, been a long time reader of your blog and just wanted to say thanks for taking the time out to update us with the latest gunpla news even before you made the store! Since after having had the store made, the amount of updates increase dramatically which I must say was great! Keep it up! No real suggestions for the blog since it's pretty solid to me. Maybe have a tab for the other GG sites (robots, rider, etc) at the top near the banner so we don't have to scroll down? But really, that's just me being lazy lol. As for the mystery prize, perhaps a kit of the winners choice plus one non-gundam related item? Nothing better than letting others know what they're missing out on! email: felixwong13@gmail.com

I mainly check out your site for gundam and gunpla news and updates. everytime there is a new MG or limited edition gunpla release I always learn it from GG. i love your blog as it keeps me up to date with the MG Line which I love (can't afford the PG Line yet). I wanna say thank you to the GG Team for putting all the effort in this blog, without you we gunpla addicts can't possibly get updates on the latest gunpla and other toys as well, I consider you as a wave of change in the gunpla community. for the mystery prize: well I would say the MG Banshee or the MG Heavyarms as I do not those two yet. thanks again GG and more power to you.

Wow, 5M visits is quite an accomplishment. I think it is a testament to all of the awesome modelling contests as well as the Gundam news :-) Since I just bought the MG Heavyarms, my personal vote is for the Duel Gundam Assault Shroud. My vote for the mystery prize would be either a the PG Strike Freedom, or if that is too unrealistic, then the RG prize pack with the Aile Strike and Skygrasper kits.

(Tried to post before but it's not showing up. Besides that, I also forgot to include my e-mail.) Lots of posts = lots of people who want to win... -__-' ... Not that I'm any different... <_< As for what I'd like for the Mystery Prize, I'd say a limited edition kit/item of some sort. Mystery prizes, by nature, are special because you don't know what you're getting and it makes you excited about what it could be. While all items/products/kits are special in their own way and deserve their own amount of excitement, limited edition items are even more special simply by merit of being limited in quantity. Seeing as how both Mystery Prizes and Limited Edition items are special within their own rites, I think they should be grouped together simply because each is special. More specifically, I think GG should make the Mystery prize one of the more recent Limited Edition items they've gotten in stock such as the alternative Banshee Master Grade or one of the Real Grade Strike kits. SeeingSee more... as how GG is currently also running the standard MG Banshee as the First Prize item, making the alternate MG the Mystery Prize item would make sense. E-Mail: andrewacoya@msn.com

First of all, congratulations for the 5 million clicks milestone. That is not easy to come with without a true passion for gunpla. Secondly, thanks for providing us the first gunpla and related news to the whole world. Gathering, filtering, reviewing, processing and publishing the news really takes a lot of effort and kudos for everything. Personally I'd hope the mystery prize to be the Metal Build Freedom Gundam. Because I really like it. But if the prize has to be a gunpla, then I'd prefer the Perfect Grade 00 Gundam. Since the prizes shown are all Master Grade, therefore why not we give a Perfect Grade as a surprise? :) depressant at hotmail dot com

This has been a great site for information, ideas, questions and inspiration for the ardent Gunpla fanatic! Plus, GG Infinite is a great place to get "Up Grade Parts" that were before only available (I'm from the US) overseas. 5 million will quickly become 10 million... Congratulations on 5 million hits. I visit this and infinitenews daily. I think it's great that you pay attention to your followers rather than merely post without caring about what they think. I agree with Patrick Grade. MP winner should get to pick out an item not "out of stock" within a set price range. Also set a limit on the amount of items so as not to have the winner pick a million things that add up to the total. I like the giveaway idea, but I don't want to exagerate and pick your most expensive item(s). paul_merc@yahoo.com

Believe it or not, this is almost always the first leisure site I go to. I love the current, up-to-date information regarding Gundam or Gundam-related merchandise. Love the posts, model images (honestly, I can say that gundamguy inherited Ngee Khiong's Gundam spirit!) and Gundam anime reviews. Not to mention, you guys have an awesome (though a little pricey) online shop of Gundam, Kamen Rider (especially S.H. Figuarts) and other merchandise related sales. My San-Diego Comic Convention-only Megaman X is bought from yours truly! Keep it up! Almost forgot, my wish for the Mystery Prize....is absolutely anything. 5 million hits is but a stepping stone to even more hits. I believe this giveaway alone will generate double the amounts of hits it usually would until 15th April. lol Mystery gift I could think of... a PG 00 Raiser? But that would be too expensive. Like a lot of people, I think the MG 1/100 Banshee ver.Ka Final Battle ver would be most suitable seeing that the regular version is also a prize. But I believe anyone getting the Final Battle ver would get the original also. I know I would, because I still prefer the orange frame over the green, and it would look lovely to combine the ver.Ka decals, shiny gold horns, with the orange psychoframe. Congratulations, GG! You've reached a looong way! Also, thank you very much for giving us gunpla/mecha information, even though muso is down :( Continue to strive for the best, and good luck to your endeavors, including your gginfinite shop. As for the mystery prize, it would be nice if its RG Mk-II Gundam (both AEUG and Titans) + web exclusive ling armor and G-Defenser. But if it is more extravagant, an HGUC Dendrobium would be nice :D or better yet, a free tour of gginfinite warehouse :D Again, thanks for all those years you've supported the gunpla/plamo community! More power to this blog! -alvin.azarraga@gmail.com

I've been impressed with the quality of work he puts into and I also like how Patrick Grade also contributes so much. ** Hey Patrick Grade! My best hopes for a greater future for the Blog and your family aswell. Email: jo.ninjafox@gmail.com

Man. 5,000,000 views in 2 years? My blog's 2 years old too and barely has 50,000 views! (Shameless Self Promotion: rainingplastic.com) I started following this blog around a year-and-a-half ago, and it's quite astounding to see what you've done with the place, with the rise of GGInfinite and all! Now for the Mystery Prize... hmmm.... Perhaps something like bundle of models! Like all 5 of the Gundam Wing Master Grade Kits, or all 3 AGE kits. OR perhaps an assortment of Real Grade? Or probably the best, just have a big 'ol list and let people choose a kit(or a few)! Or... A perfect Grade! That would be sweet! But hey! It's your giveaway! email: hayaru56@gmail.com

Dear Gundam Guy, Where do you get off? Delicious and good for you? Who do you think you are? If you haven't already guessed, I'm speaking ironically and having nothing but good things to say about what you do. Gundam Guy, do not change a thing. Signed, Ailestrike160@yahoo.com. Seriously though, do not change a thing! When other Gundam blogs decided to close and stop posting, I was frantically searching the internet for a blog that could deliver quality Gundam news. I visit the site daily and enjoy everything your site does to feed my unhealthy obsession of giant robots, anime and model kits. Keep up the good work! For the mystery prizes I think that a theme package would be cool. Like all three MG Gundam Age: Normal, Titus and Sparrow. Or some or all the Real Grades. Gundam Unicorn kits either HGUC or MG, etc.. Thanks again for the blog! Keep up the good work! Email: Ailestrike160@yahoo.com

Congrats for reaching the 5,000,000 million mark (just a lil bit more). Well, i believe the reason why people visits your blog is that because its informative enough to feed us (readers and supporters alike) with a dash of gunpla love magic. Not to mention this great guys (PatrickGrade, Adam, Dan, Kemn, & Falldog) working on your side for an intricate and close-up review of old and new kits along the way. You also showcase the works of other gunplar pro, leaving many of us in awe but inspiring us to be an inch closer to being a gunplar meister too. Mystery prize? There are so many running around my brain, well, definitely the following might be a good chance if not forbidden? PG RX-78 30th Anniversary Extra Finish version or MG EW Complete lineup or RG's 1-6 and so on.... Again, thanks for sharing the same enthusiasm with gunpla love magic. More power, and more gunplas for us!! email: lanzweirdo@gmail.com

Wow, 5 million views, that's quite the achievement there. Then again, as your blog is so informative and well-maintained, I guess it comes as no surprise, as Gundam Guy is one of the most reliable sources for all things Gundam in my book. I used to rely on Ngee Khiong for information related to Gundam, but since he closed down his blog, I started coming here instead, and I must say that you do the job equally well, even better in some aspects really (My 2 cents). Cheers to this milestone, and thank you for providing Gundam news for the English-reading world! :) Keep up the good work! (bluedestinyf91@hotmail.com)

Congrats to ye guys for hitting the 5M Mark. Got not much to say so far (since everyone already said a lot), but as suggestion for the Mystery Prize, I'd suggest a 2-in-1 Master Grade combo: the FA Unicorn, and the Unicorn Banshee Final battle psychoframe colors. Here's to 5 Mil more. And beyond... e-mail: blackdeath_02142008@yahoo.com

Dear G.G. I have an addiction, and that is visiting you site. okay so its not that bad but seriously it is addicting. ive check your site 2 to 3 times a day just because im curios or excited of your gundam news. congrats on your almost 5 million viewers, it really showed me how many gundam fans and modellers out there in this world. cuz here im the only one who likes and collects gunpla here for mystery prize just like that only comment on top i would guess metal build freedom, but im already getting that. id really like to get metal build 0 raiser cuz its the only metal build i missed. if the mystery prize has to be gunpla than id go for all 5 ew boy band MG [wing, deathscythe, shenlong, sandrock, heavyarms]. if thats too much then id go for mg deathscythe hell or mg epyon, or both. I guess another cool "Mystery Prize" item could be like the entire MG Wing series of kits. It was the first thing that got me into Gundam so I think it would be amazing to get it all. Or even just a $200 coupon for your store would be cool as well. Email: charlie.i.kim@gmail.com
